18" wheels possible on AMG GLC?

I'll probably be outfitting my GLC 43 with a set of snow tires/wheels. I do the same with my GLA45, so that I can keep the pretty 20's and summer tires on most the year but I really love changing out to my little 18" wheels with ice-grabbing Michelin Ice-X's. There were debates on the GLA forums whether 18" wheels would fit over the big AMG calipers, but the wheels I bought work very well.

So... anyone try 18" wheels on the GLC? I wonder if the brake setup on the GLA is the exact same as the GLC(??)

Here are a couple pics of the 18's on my GLA45.

Yep, that will certainly be part of it... I'll report back... just not sure if I even can because offsets may be entirely different. I haven't even purchased the GLC 43 yet, but 18's will be part of my plan. There is a decent amount of "smallest wheel possible" on the GLA forums. I suspect that someone here has looked into it on the GLC.

I may also look up part numbers on the GLA45 caliper and the GLC43 caliper to see if they are identical. EDIT: Adding GLA45 18" pics. EDIT2: Sorry the pics are so big.. not sure why.

Speaking of clearing the calipers, I took some pics last night on the GLA45. It's very close!
