Hi all

I am new to this forum. I am leasing a 2017 GLC and this morning to my surprise there is no light or power on the cente console and the display can't be turned on.. Does any of you had this problem.

You may know this but there is a switch near the sat nav control wheel that switches off the sat nav screen.

Mine don't seem to have this "disply-off" button, nearest I got to one is the Multimedia power off button but that'll turn off the complete unit?

Thanks for the reply, I really enjoy the GLC, recently i had a long road trip to eastern canada from Toronto and added 5400 KM on the vehicle. Love the intelligent drive package. Hands free driving on highway
I have very good knowledge of the technology on this vehicle, but to my surprise the power or the light on my centre console was not working. I knew its out of my control so i booked an appointment with the dealer and the funny thing is, the day that i suppose to take the vehicle all power came back. I took it to the dealer anyways to record few other issues that was mentioned here by others, viper noice, steering vibration on higher speed and this issue finally.. My first service coming shortly so they will do a test update everything as per the tech support. will keep posted here, Thanks guys

Hi, I have had the same issue whereby the Command Centre Console stops working (no GPS, no heating or airco, no radio, no phone ....). Dealer can't find the issue. It has happened 4 times over the last year. The problem resolves itself overnight, but is extremely enoying and dangerous.

Has anybody experienced the same, and how was it resolved.
