2018 GLC300 goes to neutral when stop

Got a new GLC300 couple of weeks ago. My wife complained once that when she back up from parking, car went to Neutral and had to turn off and restart the car. Today, I am waiting for the red light, after green light, I push the pedal, the car did not move and a lot of red warnings include brake. I tried to push to the drive but everything was frozen so I had to turn off the car and turned it back on, with a whole lane of cars behind me not happy. It is kind of scary. I will take it to the dealer tomorrow. Anybody had such an experience?
