I'm 15k miles over my factory warranty and I'm now having this issue..dealer wants $1700 to repair
Make a call to MB USA Customer Care. Ask for time to review you case as provide goodwill repair or money towards repair. If you get push back, politely tell them you want to remain a MB customer in future auto purchases. However, PCV failure at XX mileage should not happen.

Hi everyone,
joining same boat, i am from canada, first time own MB GLC300 2019, the hard luck is it has only 44000 KM./27K miles factory warranty just expired 28 FEB(4 weeks ago), and yesterday CEL with DTC - P052E , PCV / oil seprator assembly, mercedes is now import unbranded car from china than put MB logo all over car and sell, this is very common issue on GLC they already know it, every year or two this S**t happens , ready for around 1700-2K expence,fix is not big but the location of part is very time consuming. i call MB canada to cover one time Goodwill repair on warranty as car is not driven as well warranty just expired, they said go to dealer get diagnose done than we will see what we can do, but i already run obd and read DTC - P052E, i re-set code start to use it to see when it pop again, one of the failure reason is weather, the valve stuck and the signal to ECM is very calibrated value, it little mismathch and CEL is up, its fail design, as long as people throw money to MB from USA/CAnada they don't want to improve it.its rip -off tool for them ...never again any MB Stay away
  • i found local guy he can modify pcv signal data tolrence range so it will not CEL, but i am skeptical when part is really bad than it has more consiquence down the road, if the car has 200K around i wud take risk but not at this point, is any high milage GLC owner ever tried this?
  • as i reset code now and monitoring if it jump back in 2-3 days , i keep the door open to diagonse with dealer and understand how this " Goodwill repair" works
the conclusion - stay away from all MB cars
Action : will discuess with family if all agree we will sell the car before we have to sell our kidney

Hope you have success w/ MB CA replacing the defective part.
