Have you tried the Store App? I purchased mine through the App and all works fine.
2021 GLC 300 USA - Purchase dashcam after point of sale?
Is it possible to purchase the license to enable the dashcam on my 2021 GLC 300 (USA)? The console says 'license not installed' so I assume it's just a license, but I can't find anyway to purchase the license

There isn't a Store App in the US that I can find. Just the regular Mercedes Me Connect and Mercedes Finance appsHave you tried the Store App? I purchased mine through the App and all works fine.
All the Mercedes Me Apps are listed at the bottom of the home screen on my phone in the UK.
