I have not had the issue but I read somewhere about a recalibration procedure that can be done to the camera.
Backup camera
Hi, I have a 2019 GLC. I have been having an intermittent issue with the backup camera shutting off while I'm backing up. The dealership has not been able to identify the reason. They update the software and have changed the command module however it still happens about 1-2 times per week. Has anyone else had this issue?
