Bluetooth Audio Sounds Low

My car is a GLC250 09/2016-03/2017

my issue is when i connect my iPhone XS MAX to the car bluetooth audio, it just sound so low, i try to use the control for the car audio, its still the same, and is the same solution for my phone, can anyone help?

Turn your phone volume up.
Check that you have the setting for volume on your app set at max, and not to play all songs at same volume as that will affect playback volume.
