Brake noise, groan not squeal GLC 250 2019

Hi everyone. I bought a 2019 GLC 250 automatic two weeks ago, within a day I realised it had a brake groan (not a squeal) when it creeps at slow speed while keeping my foot on the brake, I reported it the next day, the dealer collected it yesterday and left me a brand new GLC to use which strangely also has the same noise on it. Anyway the dealer checked the car and said today these cars all have this groan at low speeds when keeping foot on the brake.
My questions to you more experienced guys is, is this a known problem? Is there a fix MB are offering?
or are the dealers fobbing me of?
I am an ex mechanic (many years ago) so know my way round the older type cars, where we used to grease the back of pads, but it seems MB don’t do this.
any thoughts would be much appreciate. Thanks

I have this exact same problem on my 2020 GLC 300d, it is so loud especially in reverse when I am backing out of the garage onto a very steep driveway that I caught the nearside front wing on the door post causing over £1500 pounds worth of damage to the car without knowing I had come into contact with the post. I have been in to Mercedes and as you say they say they all do it, I have had many cars in my lifetime its only the Mercedes that has had this type of problem.
My 2018 GLC43 had/has noisy brakes. After arguing the dealer replaced rear pads under warranty supposedly with a a different compound. Shortly afterwards they were noisy again. I think Mercedes should put in their sales brochure: ”Comes standard with noisy brakes!”. And in my case standard with an antifreeze odor,

I agree..I couldn't figure out that antifreeze smell for nothing.. my wife refused to drive it...I have the base and my brakes was the beginning of a recall..Mercedes upgraded both my pads and. Rotors
I guess we are slightly off topic, however, my antifreeze smell is strong from outside the cabin and very strong under the hood after a drive. Dealer did a pressure test and found no leak. Told me it permeates through the many plastic pieces. Again I told them to put "fresh antifreeze ethylene glycol odor included with every purchase" in their marketing campaign. If the plastic pieces permeate odors they should not use them in the supposedly high end vehicle.
