Double beeping sound

Hi folks,new poster & first time MB owner.I have a 2015 GLC 220 AMG Line & it's been great up until today when there is a double beep sound.Hopefully the video will upload ok but if not,its almost a "beep boop" sound.As soon as the car started tonight it kept going, didn't seem to be any cause in particular and at times it was constant beeping.
Anyone any ideas?

Don’t suppose you had something on the passenger seat setting off the seat belt warning?
