Hi guys,
I pick up my new GLC 250d AMG soon and want to put my dash cam into it. Has anyone got the locations of the fuses in the cockpit box?

GLC has lots of circuits that stop a few hours after ignition off (or if battery gets low). So if you are installing a cam that can sleep and wake-up with a G sensor then its no so trivial.

Alternatively, if you were going to install a Power Magic Plus to give this feature, you may not need to as you can pick one that goes to sleep after 6 hours

Is there any ciricuits going for sleep after 6 hours in fuse box in the front passenger footwell?
Follow the external links in this dashcam fitting thread for inspiration. Most people hook up to the fusebox under the load floor at the rear. You will find "always on" connections here if you intend to utilise parking surveillance or bump activation. @ceasar has recently done a DIY Blackvue 2-channel installation so I suggest you hit him up for the full skinny.

Dashcam Installation Thread
Hi Nast ,
I think there's non of what your looking for, best is to buy the Power Magic box(40-50 bucks on ebay) then you can control
how long you want your dash cam on and how much battery drain you want before it turn off itself. Easy install .There is a piece of paper inserted at the rear fuse box( fuse layout ), I tried posting pictures but it wont go, tried hosting as well but no success .
Cheers
