GLC 202 MBUX not working properly

Hello, I would like to know if anyone is experiencing MBUX technical issues. When I ask MBUX the date she answers correctly but when I ask anything else like the weather or location or to text she doesn’t answer she says the typical I do not understand. Anyone experienced this? How to get this fixed?

I have the same issue and trying to get this resolved. Did you manage to fix the issue ?
