GLC 220 2023 weak heating and cooling

I've got a Mercedes GLC 220d 2023 (last line), still under warranty (until the end of 2024) .

I've noticed a weird issue with the air conditioning.

It firstly started making weird loud sound when working (when it was 1yo), at random intervals. The service checked but no issue was noticed. Then these sounds stopped.

About 6 months ago I got a warning that "cooling system malfunction". The service checked but could not find any errors reported by a car system. This happened once.

Lastly, something that happens daily, the air-conditioning is weaker than in any other car I've had. For example, every other car I had I could set up the temperature to 21 C or 22 C and it would properly heat or cool the car.
In my mercedes, I have to increase temp to 28 C to have a proper heating (otherwise it blows coldish air) or decrease it to 18/19 C to have a proper cooling.

If I turn the fan speed to 1 or 4, there is no visible difference in the power of blowing. I have to increase to 5+ to have a proper blowing power. So it's either blowing too weak or too powerful.

This happens in both manual and automatic modes.

It's blowing my mind that such a car has issues like it's 20yo car.

Any ideas? Thanks
