Have you purchased this yet?

Pricewise, your on point and the Mercedes warranty will be invaluable, it’s unknown to me why this model retains price and neglects depreciation..
I’m not going to suggest the GLC is fail proof nor will the car have been purchased with impeccable Approved Used check being completed, The purchase still needs inspection though should offer reassurance as long as paint and trim is intact and not covered in silicons to hide imperfections

When I was viewing, I was appalled at the level of dealer prep, though also amazed at their abilities to cover up damage albeit the new cars in the showroom were better presented.
Eitherway I’m more than sure you’ll be impressed with purchase, after a long affliction with BMWs, I made the move and my first destinction was the cosseted drive in comparison, not so sensitive or crashy, though also not so connected, though in my case, welcomed!

All the best with purchase, keep us informed of your ownership

I’ve paid almost half of the cost, so should be picking up the car on the 25th. I’m pretty excited really! But is the 65 plate too old?...or am I just over thinking it?
A trawl through Autotrader suggests the pricing is the low side of Average
Mileage is low and History intact, Mercedes Warranty, ultimately your decision....
A different marque and new car could be had, there’s some worthy contenders on par with model, some better, some worse....
if there’s doubt now, there maybe regret later!

You aren’t helping keep my mind at ease here mate! A newer model has a much higher mileage tho.... give me your honest advice
My last statement is correct, after making and continuing to make many bad car choices,
If your in doubt now there shall be regret later.
I went through an expensive spell of changing cars every 12-16months, I sold my last x5 and used the monies wisely, the depreciation cost of x5 pays for the lease cost of current GLC, unfortunately for me, I’ve never been so content with a car after near 15months, perhaps I made the wrong choice of leasing over buying, perhaps at the end of lease, I’ll go into buy, to me the GLC has been welcomed, first Mercedes in 16years after a run of BMW’s from M to 4pot diesels.

Newer cars of different marques, on a newer date plate with less mileage, is available with similar spec, it’s whether the head finds solitude in the Mercedes cloud or Ford/Kia cloud.

With the model you’ve chosen, it’s top tier in GLC terms, very well equipped with a 3 pointed star that has the placebo of buying into high prestige, to extent, that’s correct, though it’s more status symbol than superior product, will it be a better product remains unknown and individual cars will differ.
Your model is a wise choice with plentiful toys to which I’m sure you shall enjoy.
