Hands Free Luggage Opening failure

I have a 2015 GLC 250d AMG Premium Plus.The hands free luggage door opening feature suddenly failed.I also noticed:
1) that car locking feature from the luggage door is also out of action;
2) The luggage door can only be opened with the remote key.

Can the functions be reactivated or is there a reset to be done?

Does your stop start still function......
Have you checked the function of the boot switch and drivers door switch ?

Is it possible the state of battery charge is low and the car is shutting down consumers

Thank you for your reply - the car has a new battery.Everything else works fine.
