Currently a sedan driver, looking into switching to an SUV

Would you recommend this as a first timer SUV driver?

The GLC is a great introduction (well, at the top end) of SUV motoring. You'll soon wonder how you managed all these years without one.

Agree... GLC is the next best looking SUV - IMO - maybe after the Porches Macan.... Very tough for me to go with the Lexus NX except long term reliability and lower cost of NX.... decision, decision

That's true, those are some tough choices.

Gotta factor in the future repair and maintenance cost to...I assume the lexus would be the cheapest to maintain out of the 3?

I dropped off my M Class at my dealer yesterday and picked up my new GLC 220d sport ! I've only done about 30 miles so far but the seats are super comfy and it just wafts along on the air suspension. The 9 speed auto box is very impressive, dropping the RPM to only 1500 at 70mph ! Very happy with it and I'll have some pictures of it in 'my garage' today.

I can go to that route, but it's hard to trust aftermarket support sometimes...
