Hidden Menu

Does anyone know how to access the hidden/service menu on the MBUX?
Apparently there is one.
My seat has stopped sliding back on the Easy Exit option because I do not have the auto seats option enabled.
It worked fine when I first picked up the car and only stopped after a brief visit to Mercedes. This option is not available under the normal MBUX settings so assume it would appear in the hidden menu options.
Thanks in advance,

I'm not sure if it's possible without plugging a computer in. I do know that when my car arrived back at the Australian Launch it had the auto adjust setting displayed in the car and in Mercedes Me, but it didn't actually work. 3 weeks or so later the setting disappeared in an OTA update to the car, and the next day it disappeared from Mercedes Me. I've heard of people have success fixing their settings by a profile reset, but that's pretty annoying to do.

I've tried the profile reset as I needed to do that to get the In Office app to work but still no good.
It's so frustrating, it was working perfectly. I would turn the engine off and the seat and steering wheel would slide back.
Now, even though I have easy exit enabled nothing happens.
Within a week of picking up my GLC the sunglasses holder fell out the first time I opened it so I took it back to Mercedes to replace, when it was returned the easy exit no longer works.

When I had a BMW there was a combination of keys you could press and you could enter the hidden menu which had lots of options. was hoping for something similar. Shame

On my command system in the 2018 GLC 43 I press the "car" looking button. This brings me to all the various menus to see statistics for the car like fuel consumption etc. At the bottom left of this page is "system settings". Put the cursor over system settings and hold the mouse wheel left for approximately 7 seconds and you will find the dealer and maintenance menu. Maybe that will help you.

I'll give that a try. Many thanks
