Greetings all,
Can anyone shed light on how to disable tow away alarm for travel on a ferry?

I have poked around the internet and watched Nick O’Leary YouTube on the subject.

for Canadian deliveries there’s nothing on the digital dash/settings. No button on the overhead control panel with SOS button.

I suspect it’s pressing a sequence on the key fob.

The manual is not really clear.

Any thoughts?

Have you checked the Mercedes me app? Open the app and press more, then vehicle alarm, scroll down and turn the switch off on Active Collision and Tow-Away detection. Hope this helps.

Hi there. I can not find vehicle alarm. When I scroll down it asks for other apps then says none for your country.
Any further thoughts?

Sorry I didn’t realize you’re in Canada. The app must be different for you. I would just ask someone at the Mercedes Benz dealership, hopefully they can help.
