How to train to voice control

Have to go in to the Linguistic learn mode, be prepared for a memory test though, 15 mins of different number sequences and word phrases, brought me out in sweat, and felt the pressure. Not sure it work any better!

How do I go into linguistic learn mode? It seems to recognize my voice enough to allow me to call my wife or daughter and sometime recognize what address I want it to send to navigation. But it is still frustrating enough. I think I will brave it and go through the linguistic learn mode. I just don't know where to go to find that. Is that mentioned somewhere in the car's manual?

After my MBUX Software Update last February 2022, Voice activated command "Hey Mercedes " no longer works

Is there anybody who got the same problem and how to fix it. I called Mercedes Me and went to the Dealer but still no working.
