Pick up my 2020 GLC 300 today. Stopped at home, left 1/2 later and the MBUX screen is totally dead, no reversing camera, no radio.
Has anybody had this problem? It is still under warranty but could be bothered going to a dealer if someone knows an easy fix.

No, I didn’t, I tried switching it on, nothing.I even disconnected the battery for a while hoping it might reset

previously read somewhere there's an issue with high volt battery in the mild hybrid version spanning multiple models which is the main reason i went for a diesel. try search mercedes 48v battery issue to see if your issues are similar

HAD MINE REPLACESD BUT AN EXPENSIVE UNIT SO BE CONSIOUS OF WARRANTY RUNNING OUT.
