I took one out and it has covered me for several repairs. Highly recommended.
mercedes extended warranty
the time has come after 3 years of GLC ownership to think about the merits of an extended warranty. Have been offered the mercedes one at £40 / month which does not seem too bad, I'm not one usually to go for extended warranties on anything but given the complexity of the vehicle it may be a good idea. Any thoughts or experiences would be welcome.

Well 40 bucks a month doesn’t seem bad, question is what is NOT covered. Like most insurance backed guarantees its always a gamble, your right there is a list of things not covered but on balance I decided to go for it.
