I am in the Northeast USA and I just ordered a custom GLC 300 too. I ordered because I had a very specific list of features and didn't want to pay for things I didn't want. I was able to negotiate 8% off MSRP. I had to look out of state for the best deal then called 2 local dealers to see if they could match the price. One said the most they could offer right now is 4%. They said 8% was a great deal and I should take it and run. The other dealer came in at 6% then when I said it was still more than I wanted to pay, they called me right back and said they would give me 8%. The prices of cars is crazy right now. I am curious to see what kind of deals people got when we didn't have the chip shortage.
I sure hope mine comes in the usual timeframe, this wait is torture!
