Now I'm not saying that Mercedes Benz quality control is slipping...
But, I had and email from my dealer informing me of their Christmas and New Year opening times. (see attached)
I had to look at it a few times... Amazing really.. :grin2:
I think it pretty much sums up my local dealer, unfortunately.
They had my bank details wrong when I came to sign the finance, actually not slightly wrong - someone else's bank details.
When I first went to view it when it first arrived they had incorrect number plates on it (I have a private plate and the digit was wrong, 8 instead of 6)
On the plus side, they did get the right car spec and colour, which was a good thing. I also got a Christmas card from the salesman - I know, little things please little minds...It really doesn't take much for me to be happy with service.
They're all very nice people, I can't quite put my finger on it, it's just a lack of attention to detail. I'm glad I never took Mrs B along as she would have never dealt with them I however am a bit more forgiving - and I double check everything..
