Carscoops said:Mercedes-Benz is wasting no time with the all-new GLC SUV, which can already be ordered in Germany where prices start from €44,506 (approximately $50,775) for the base GLC 250 4Matic. The automaker points out that it’s the same model price as the GLC’s predecessor, the GLK. Deliveries in Germany and other European markets will begin in September.
US dealers will get the car in November 2015, with pricing to be announced later. However, Mercedes-Benz USA says it will be priced similar to the GLK. Three models will be available at launch in Germany: the GLC 250 4Matic, the GLC 220d 4Matic (€44,863) and the GLC 250d 4Matic (€46,410).
The GLC’s exterior can be customized with the AMG Line, Exclusive and Off-Road Exterior packages, as well as with 12 different paint finishes and 15 different wheels up with sizes up to 20 inches.
The cabin can be individualized as well with Mercedes-Benz offering the AMG Line and Exclusive lines. Upholstery options include fabric, Artico man-made leather, Dinamica microfiber, leather or Designo nappa leather in black, silk beige, espresso brown, saddle brown or platinum white pearl (designo only), while aluminum, carbon fiber and fine wood trim are also available.
