Has anyone had any experience with this German-made performance enhancement? I'm taking delivery on a GLC 300 in a couple of weeks (it IS at the {American} port as of a week ago - finally, after ordering it in February) and coming from a GLK 350 with 302hp 3.5 l. V-6 to a 2.0 l. 241hp I-4 is causing me some anxiety.

I've ran a couple of tuning boxes on my previous diesels (not cheap tat but circa £450) and on the three different brands I've used they all ended up throwing ecu codes. Egr valve often didn't like the extra fuelling, injectors would rattle, plumes of smoke, limp mode. I opted for the box so I could remove them quickly for any warranty repairs, I wouldn't bother though.

I gave up and have since had my last four cars mapped by a tuner and had zero issues. One of my cars has covered almost 40k on a stage 1 map and is still smooth and flawless.

Which remap are you running ? I'm looking to get one done.
I have remapped my GLC350d and I am really happy about it! I have done approx 3,000 miles on it by now and runs very nice and when you put the foot down it s really nice!

See graph attached. It s a stage 1 remap without pushing it too hard.
