If it helps, you seem to be doing ok.
We replaced our front discs and pads and rear pads at 42,000km, not miles.
Told I did really well, told rear discs have around another 5 to 8000km left in them, then they will fit new rear discs.
Brake wear much heavier in GLC, I put it down to using adaptive cruise control all the time.
