Reduced electric range?

My 350e is 4 months old. At the beginning it would charge overnight and show a range of 18-19 miles. Now it charges overnight, either from the wall or through a charger, and shows a range of 11-13 miles. Anyone has any ideas what is going on? I find it hard to believe the battery is already 1/3 dead after 4 months...
