Roof Bars with Pan Roof

I have recently purchased a 2017 GLC with a pan roof. Has anyone bought roof bars to attach bikes which can safely allow the pan roof to open whilst they are attached to the roof? Any recommendations are welcome.

I bought new roof bars in September but don't have the pan roof. If you let me know how much clearance you need I'll have a look and see what mine provide.

Grabbed a '16 GLC 250d a few months ago which came with MB roof racks. Fitted them and due to their chunky inside mount off the rails the Pana roof did not open. There was 2 big rubber pads on the foot of the front rack that stopped the pana roof from lifting. What a joke MB to engineer a product like this. I sold them and grabbed a pair of Thule wingbar edge. I have them on my X3 and they are brilliant. Pana' roof opens and they look so much better than the OEM MB bars. The Wingbar edge is not cheap but they are close to being the best bars out there.
