I have 255/45R20 101w Pirelli Scorpion Verde tyres, square set up!
Is possible someone can advise if these are runflats.....
The tyre side wall has MO (Not MOE)

I believe these are not Runflats however, perplexed by having no spare wheel, can of gunk or compressor
Having read several similar posts & being old school, what’s the smallest Spare wheel that can fit over the calipers....

Is the console button that effective, that in the event of a flat they’ll come timely...

If the sidewall is stamped MO it just means it is Mercedes Original fitment. If your Scorpion Verde is indeed a runflat variant then Pirelli will have moulded it with either RSC or RUN FLAT on the sidewall. The bottle of jollop and compressor are concealed behind a panel by the left wheel arch along with your screw-in towing eye. It is not that obvious at first glance.
@Learoy sorted out a physical spare wheel solution in this thread: Space Saver Spare Wheel

I've never needed to press the "Red Button" so can't comment on response times.

I have managed to find what can only be described as a very good hiding place...
Ponderedover the weekends road trip, having came from a long bmw ownership with RFT’s the compliant ride makes perfect sense...

Can anyone advise on the smallest size spare wheel that fits
