The running boards are bolted to the chassis, you will need the inner and outer plastic sills to replace.

Trying to find out running board paint colour. Have wet sanded scratches out but now have a different aluminium finish, Anyone know?
It's a dealership option to delete running boards, no idea if they want to charge haven't got to that stage yet!
Running board is an option, right? It’s not a standard item on glc300.

Running boards are normally an option, if wanting to remove them the sill sections need to be fitted.

Hi new member (today 14/2) ref: the above I have purchased a GLC 220 NIGHT EDITION. with ff standard running boards, which make entry & exit difficult for my partner with a bad knee. Is it an expensive dealer swap? as I would like to remove them completely..
