Hello everyone
My wife's GLC300 is finally on its way to the US via the Tranquil Ace auto carrier. My SA sent us a link to an AIS tracking site that showed ship position until just west of the European coast on 11 March. It is due to arrive on the east coast of the US on 17 March, but the AIS system hasn't updated since 11 March. I know AIS is relatively short range, but I would have thought it would be in range if due in US tomorrow.
Also, does anyone know if auto carriers deliver to multiple ports on the same trip? I live in the Southwest US and expected the vehicle to be delivered to the west coast, although it might get here faster if put on a auto train for the trip across US.
Here's the link to the tracking site.
