can anyone with Traffic Sign Assist tell me if they had to do anything specific to set it up? or if there was an extra option that was needed to have it can someone tell me what it is?

Don't quote me but I think it only comes with certain spec levels if you have the Premium Plus Pack (UK spec) with the Command System.

i asked the sales manager at my dealership the other day about it, my car would have it if i was in Europe, but the reason it isn't in North America is because all the province's have varying styles of signs. unlike Europe, there is no consistency so they cant get the software to be able to pick them all up reliably.
