what to use to clean seats and dash

Hello, I just got my 2019 GLC 300 couple of days ago. I have a black dash, black wood trim and black mb-tex upholstery. I'm curious to know what I should use to keep my dashboard and wood trim to look clean, and how best to clean mb-tex upholstery in case if something spilled or just keeping it clean in general. My car is black so dust shows up very easily and driving it during the winter months with the road treatments get on the car, is there a quick way for me to dust off the car or clean off the road treatments short of taking it to a car wash?
