I ordered my GLC 300 in 2020. The dealership sent me a photo of it when it arrived. When I finally was able to pick it up (we farm & it was harvest time), they told me the windshield was cracked! Of course, "nobody" knew how it happened. I insisted on a authentic Mercedes windshield (they are engraved with Mercedes in the corner), not a "generic" one. It has been just fine.

 

Thanks for your reply, I got it fitted and they tested the rain sensor and aerial, all seem to be ok. Dashcam is to remain off for a couple of days to allow the screen adhesive to fully set. So all good now.
